i just made one mistake on the address , contacted the costumer care immediately , they said they could not change the address, even when the product didnt left the warehouse. they said its not going to be a problem, so i waited. contacted them a lot of times and the local carrier.
in the end no product and no refund. wouldnt buy for sure from them again.
