Very poor customer service. Ordered a product and received a cheaper brand. Boohoo refusing to refund the difference even though it's their fault!
If you order something you cant or they cant even cancel the order.
I've been a customer with them for a long time and when something goes wrong and you try to get help not interested!!!! Never using again!!!!
