I ordered a coat on line and at the time there was an offer of 1.99 delivery if you entered the code BOOHOO just before I clicked Apple Pay I checked the total was 11.99 . It was . When I clicked to pay it took 14.99 . When I got hold of someone to sort this out I was told did I have a screenshot of the code having been applied -obviously I didn’t as I wasn’t expecting a problem . They said they couldn’t help . Now it’s not the 3.00 as it’s such a small amount but just think if they did this to 300 or 3000 people . Good money . I really feel aggrieved that they didn’t believe what I was saying although they could clearly see what time I made the order and what offer was on and why would I pay 4.99 delivery when I quite clearly saw the 1.99 offer
