Where do I start. Firstly when i compare this company to I Saw It First and Mrs Empire they really are winning.
I received a dress with a bad zip. Lady named Chloe from customer services. Sorted the situation in hours. Replied ASAP, emailed back ASAP, sorted out situation ASAP and was overall great!
