Used the virtual size guide& exaggerated my size, it came up with 18, which is my usual size, but ordered a 20 anyway. It was an elasticated skirt. When it arrived, I couldn't get it past my knees! The waist measured 11" smaller than the UK average size! They're refusing to answer me as to why it's so small....shocking company!
