Had and still having a bad experience. Order hasn’t arrives as paid for, current missing , but I THE CUSTOMER , have to wait for a refund, so that the courier THE CONTRACTOR, has time to find it and investigate .
I’m sorry , but it’s MY ORDER YOU FAILED TO DELIVER. ITS MY MONEY YOU HAVE , NOT THE COURIERS.
Ridiculous you put the deliverer before the customer .
