I had a terrible experience with BoohooMAN. First, I ordered a bunch of clothes but a pair of pants was missing from my delivery. When I reached out to support, they basically acted like I was lying and didn’t take my claim seriously—until I proved them wrong and finally got a refund. Then, I ordered a replacement pair of pants to make up for their mistake. What did they do? Sent me the wrong pants. Now they want me to pay for shipping to send the wrong item back, meaning I lose money on their error. To make things worse, when I tried to escalate the issue, their support kept confusing this with the first order — like they weren’t even reading what I was saying. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of care or competence. Honestly, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a $189 haul from boohooman on May 26th and never received it...they kept asking with same generated message they send to give them more time to consider it lost like a month!!! Ordered again on June 22 and paid express shipping thinking this would be better and packagevis stuck in Memphis since 26th from FEDEX with no movement... this will be my last time dealing with boohooman as I am now an unsatisfied customer...boohooman needs to do better with their customer service practices!!! I will plan to take further action if neccessary!!

I've been trying to get back the 50 euros I'm owed for 4 months. I bought 3 items and had to send everything back. One of them was too big for its size, another came in a different complicated color and a necklace came all twisted. At first they didn't want to refund me. Then we agreed that I would have to send the items back, but that they would pay the shipping costs (50€), since it was their mistake. I've been waiting for that money for almost five months. They don't reply to emails. They're a joke of a company

First off, my package was delivered 2 weeks after the due date. The delivery driver did not speak English. She refused to get out of the car and deliver my package to my front door. She also threatened to take my package back to the facility because she couldn’t follow directions as printed on the mailing address. I’m never shopping here again. It’s ridiculous

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans, a pair of cargos, a tracksuit and a shorts and hoodie set. Material is garbage but somehow they make 60% cotton 40% polyester feel like 100% polyester. 3 pairs of jeans all ordered in the same size and somehow the waist is different on every pair lol. Finally the jeans I saw in the pictures are clearly taken with the best look in mind because putting them on I’m thinking dude.. I ordered regular jeans and somehow they look flared? Never ordering again they’ve gone downhill since they changed materials out and stopped caring about the customer. 0/10. Go to Primark or something.

Reading all the reviews I underestimated BooHooMAN. The delivery time was sooner then expected, and quality was ALOT better then people are putting out. Sometimes you gotta take chance on things. Great Job boohooMAN. I’m pleased 😃 thanks!!!

I bought 4 pieces on the website. 1 of them was completely huge, nothing to do with the size I ordered. Another came in a different color and another, which was a necklace, came all bent.' Obviously I wanted to return it. As I'm from Portugal, I'm the one who has to pay for the return, which would cost me 50 euros, as they sell one thing and when it arrives it's something completely different. I don't recommend it!!!

CLOTHES DO NOT LOOK OR FEEL ANYTHING LIKE THEY LOOK ONLINE, wanted to try it out and the hoodie was labeled fleece hoodie and looked like one, the mf came in and felt like polyester and trash bag mixed together. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible service. Lied to me, said if i returned my items i'd get a full refund, i only got 50% refunded. When trying to contact them again via FB messenger they just ignore, time and time again. All the negative reviews are true, unfortunately.

None of the clothes I ordered were the correct size they label it as. I returned it and hear nothing for one and a half months, tracking said return parcel still in transit. Contact them today to find they allegedly refunded $12 of a $150 order and can’t do anything else about it because “30 days has passed by”. Nobody contacted me at all. Apparently the $12 covered the return shipping. Now I have no clothing and I’m out $150. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This would be a 0 Star review if I could remove the 1 star!! This company is extremely unresponsive with no ability to reach anyone regarding an order placed over 30 days ago with no delivery. They make you go through a chat line for inquiries to track only to tell you that the package has not been delivered and no resolution. I would never buy another thing from these thief’s!! Stole $235 spent for Christmas gifts never received

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I placed two separate orders, only for both to be canceled due to items being out of stock. It seems the website is outdated, as the inventory does not reflect actual availability. Almost everything appears to be sold out, which is completely unacceptable. If that’s the case, all unavailable items should be marked as out of stock to avoid misleading customers. Additionally, the customer service was mediocre at best—far below the standard I would expect from a company like this. This entire experience has been frustrating and has made me lose confidence in your services.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for my son’s Christmas present for over a month. They have refused to refund my money and keep telling me to wait and hopefully it shows up. It’s past Christmas and still no package and no refund.

I ordered something from boohooman on November 27th and have yet to receive the item. It's currently been is USPS custody for several weeks now and I know it's not the holidays causing a delay this big when I've ordered several other items from various stores that have all shipped in time. I won't bother with the package once it arrives and will probably update this review if I ever receive it.

Never got my package. They say it was a wrong address but it was the right one. Do Not recommend this company unless you like throwing away your money.
