I've been trying to get back the 50 euros I'm owed for 4 months. I bought 3 items and had to send everything back. One of them was too big for its size, another came in a different complicated color and a necklace came all twisted.
At first they didn't want to refund me. Then we agreed that I would have to send the items back, but that they would pay the shipping costs (50€), since it was their mistake.
I've been waiting for that money for almost five months. They don't reply to emails. They're a joke of a company
