After some items arrived faulty, I contacted them via their WhatsApp customer service helpline, and their attitude was disgusting.
They refused to give me a refund nor for the specific items that arrived faulty, and I got attended by 9 different people, and everyone said something different.
Conclusion: Disgusting attitude, not willing to help nor give a refund even if it’s their fault, and customer service confusion is very likely to happen.
