My clothes went pilled after being washed once. The colour ran from a couple of them to. The customer service through twitter blamed me for the cloths going so badly as they did they said it was wear and tear , I've had them for a month . What wear and tear! I ordered cloths from them before made from the same material and it was fine ! The quality of the clothing must have gone down hill badly . Wont be ordering from them again . Terrible .
