Placed order Dec 9th for delivery before Christmas. On a Dec 23rd the tracking showed the order hadn’t even been processed yet. When I reached out to customer service they said it would be here Dec 27th. That day came and went. I emailed again Jan 4th and they gave me a $5.00 voucher for their site, why would I want that. I will not ever be ordering from them again. They said to give it til Jan 25th before they can process a refund and say it’s lost. Today is Jan 11th still no package.
