I bought a load of goods for myself over Christmas. Half of them I had to return, partly because the items were of poor quality. The return process was going around in circles, absolute waste off time and money. I bought a night gown and it felt like somebody had not only just worn it, but had been lounging in it all night... I won't be buying again. Highly reluctant to even send my rejected items back, I don't think they can even manage a refund right. I won't be buying again and I suggest against it to anybody considering.
