I ordered In April and the pants never came. When I checked out I updated my shipping address and the system default back to the old shipping. I was told they can’t cancel but updated the address with the parcel. According to the company an update was received may5th stating item was being returned due to an issue with the address but that’s false as well bc the other address placed was my old house so it would have still been delivered. I sent a chat and get told it’s delayed running behind. Then get told it’s returned but no one ever contacted me. They say they will only issue the item not shipping but they drop the ball.
