Orders placed and paid through online portal failed, twice. Contacted their customer support, who returned my replies from a different person each time. Ended up interacting with 9 different people, each with a different reply as well and no coordination between them. Having to re-explain the issue each time.
It's been a week and I'm still no closer to getting my money back or the order.
