THEY DID NOT SEND A RETURN LABEL AND DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER
I have been waiting to return items since August. I filled in the online form as per their webiste.
Customer services AGREED the return via email, as it was within the 28 day period and then did not provide a return label.
I have contacted customer services 5 times via email and they stopped responding, not even the decency to respond.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DID NOT SEND A RETURN LABEL AND DO NOT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER. THEY ARE SITTING ON £145 OF MY FUNDS.
