The only reason I gave them a two is because I do love their clothes for the price. However, I’ve had multiple instances where my package was delayed for WEEKS and boohooMAN did nothing to help. All they were able to do is tell me to wait to see if it arrives. Then they offered me free express shipping on a future order.
Unfortunately, I won’t be making any future orders with them, because I’m tired of going through this with them.
