Really, really bad service. You need to hope whatever you order they (or you) get it right first time. Because their returns policy is 3 or 4 levels below useless. As one customer intimated, they couldn’t make it more difficult if they really worked at it. I think they are aware of this, and make it really difficult just so they don’t have to pay out refunds.
What a shower. A cheap and tacky service from a cheap and tacky company.
I would give it no stars if that were possible.
