I’ve been a loyal Boohooman customer for years, but this latest experience has been absolutely unacceptable and beyond disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive on September 18, and as of now, I still don’t have it. This wasn’t just a casual order, it was meant to be an important business gift that needed tailoring and customizing before my international travel on October 5. I explained this clearly to customer service, but they ignored my situation and kept copy-pasting generic responses telling me to “wait until October 4.” That leaves me no time at all, which shows they either didn’t read or didn’t care about what I actually wrote. The worst part of all was dealing with their rep Ivan. Not only was he inconsiderate and unprofessional, but instead of offering any real solution (like express reshipping), he tried to shut me down by saying: “I’m not able to help any further with this right now, but I hope the info above is useful. I’ll go ahead and consider this matter closed for now, and I really appreciate your understanding.” Imagine being told your urgent issue is “closed” when you’ve made it crystal clear how time-sensitive it is. That’s not customer service, that’s disrespect. Their foolish inconsideration has not only forced me to dispute the transaction with my bank, but it has also cost them a long-time customer permanently. I will never place another order with Boohooman again. This entire ordeal has been stressful, careless, and has put me at serious risk of showing up to an important business trip unprepared. Warning to others: if you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect, think twice before ordering from Boohooman.
