Shockingly bad customer service and delivery. Their delivery company Hermes failed to deliver within the service timescales paid for (24 hours delivery even allowing for the bank holiday expected delays) and fabricated the information on their tracking system. Boohoo made excuses and delayed dealing with with the issue, email replies full of inconsistent and contradicting information, they refused to refund the goods not delivered refusing to take responsibility for their delivery agent’s failures. Unreliable and unprofessional.
