I been trying to receive/request management information. However, no representative have provided me with management or the legal department information so that I can file a complaint or obtain a
fund. My son did not receive his items he order. Furthermore, if you contact boohooMan, you are not able to actually speak with a customer service representative unfortunately you will have to use twitter. This is so unprofessional.
