I paid extra for next day delivery (Northern Ireland) on items I ordered. This was a premium delivery cost so was much higher then their regular delivery cost
It has been almost a week and the delivery has not arrived.
I emailed their customer service team and did not get a response. I also have contacted their team via the whatsapp link on their website and again, have not received a response.
