I took the Giant Ibis (GI) bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. It was ok, but not great Issue #1: Bookaway tells you the wrong place to go in Siem Reap to get on the bus. You need to go to the GI "main terminal" on Khmer Pub Street (north of the more well known "Pub Street"), not to the GI "bus station" East of Siem Reap. This is a Bookaway issue, not GI issue. Issue #2: two stops on the way is one too many, imho. One 15-20 minute stop would be plenty... Issue #3: we arrived 1 hour late, in part due to Issue #2. The good stuff: A/C was quite good. Seats were comfortable, w/good leg room. Internet was fairly slow, but it worked (apparently not always the case). Bus itself was in good working order. Free snack (pastry) and bottle of water. There was a host on board who have good info and answered questions when/if asked (e.g. "what's the Wifi password?" The "main bus terminal" in Siem Reap is centrally located and easy to reach (easier than the wrong one Bookaway tells you to go to). The drop off point in Phnom Penh is centrally located and convenient. All is all I was satisfied, but Issue #1 could have been a BIG problem (luckily I read a review that noted the error) and it was $5 more than the Mey Hong Transport bus I took from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap which arrived right on time (only 1 stop) but didn't have internet. 4 out of five stars. Minus one star for Issue 1 and being 1 hour late...
