It was my second time using BookAway site and I'm super happy with the service, easy & safe. i had to change my ticket date and the customer support team was ON it in 5 m!! they covered all the trip destinations i wanted to go and had all type of transfers

I bought a refundable ticket and when I didn't get my complete refund, I inquired as to why that might be. A very nice lady got back to me and cleared things up, explaining that there were parts of the ticket that were nonrefundable, namely, the insurance and processing fee . All is good now and I'm a happy camper.

I have booked ferry rides in the Philippines. Two have been cancelled, one even without any notice. We found out only when we approached the pier. The service contact was helpful and I got a fully refund after clarifying the issue.

I booked a vehicle service in advance. And the operator didn’t show up. I requested refund right away with all documents as per the request of Bookaway even the receipt of Uber service that I had to take due to the no-show of the operator. And it’s more than 10 days since then and Bookaway keeps saying that they’re under investigation with the operator who has never provided evidence of their completing the service. Requesting all relevant evidence from the client’s part while just listening to what operator says? I will never use this service again. And because of the no-show of the operator, I wasted more than an hour at the airport after midnight, meaning that not only inconvenience but also safety risk was caused. Normally I don’t write review but leaving this review so that no more people are affected due to the irresponsible service of Bookaway. I’ve been using this platform more than a year with no any significant issue but it is time to say goodbye

At this time, your case is still under review and has not been closed yet. To clarify the timeline: when you initially informed us of the no-show, we escalated the case to the operator immediately. The operator later claimed that the service was completed, which is why we reached back out to you for clarification and supporting details. Once you confirmed that the service did not take place and provided the requested documentation (including the Uber receipt), we escalated the matter back to the operator again. As part of our internal guidelines, we are required to give the operator a final opportunity to respond and provide evidence. That said, please rest assured that if the operator fails to respond or cannot substantiate their claim, we will step in and resolve the case from our side. We understand that the investigation period feels long, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Your safety and experience are important to us, and we appreciate your patience while we complete this process properly. We’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive the operator’s response or once we’re able to proceed with a resolution independently. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. I used Bookaway for the first time in Thailand. My driver ended up showing up 1 hour later than the scheduled time. As I was on a strict deadline, I ended up booking a different car to take me to my location. The driver eventually ended up showing up, but at that point I was already on the road with a new car. Bookaway support worked with me until I was able to obtain a full refund. While I was frustrated with the mishap, I appreciate Bookaway staying on top of it until the issue was resolved, and may give them another chance the next time I’m traveling.

I had booked thru this site for a return ferry day trip in Belize. For reasons I do not know I received no voucher/ticket. Just a confirmation. So .... I contacted Bookaway by email. Minutes later - fully resolved. Great customer service in a secure site.

A very professional company. Had a problem with our train from Colombo to Kandy because of unfortunate storm damage to the railway line. Had to cancel. But all resolved now.

They completely messed up our tip in Laos by taking over 30 hours to let us know our train was fully booked. There were then no other options available. Sent so many emails trying to confirm it. Customer service was awful. They really messed up Christmas day for us, unforgivable. Never again!
