Bookaway is not reliable.
My experienced of booking a ferry with them was a long process they took the payment but the confirmation of my booking was a big wait. I’ve waited for more than 6 hours to received the booking confirmation, anyway the trip has been cancelled. It was a big mistake of booking through them although they refunded the payment but there was already a transaction fee. Never use this booking site again .
