We booked a 5:30pm La Macarena bus through Bookaway from Medellin to Cartagena, Colombia. It said on our tickets to arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before our departure. When we got to the terminal they said a 5:30pm bus and company does not exist here and we would need to get on a different bus 2 hours later. We tried to call Bookaway support and no one answered. We tried to use their “online chat” feature which does not exist and emailed and messaged on Facebook with no response.
