I sent out mutiple books from nursing school to multiple companys. This company was by far the smoothest experience. I was sent an email confirming they were sending out a check, while other companies left me completely in the dark. I'd highly recommend using this company. I didn't have to get it touch with their customer service, but the fact that they have a phone number is a huge plus for security. I'm dealing with another company that will not respond to my emails and does not have a phone number. If you're looking to sell your books, this place is top on my list.
