I was disappointed with Bookbyte, this was my first time using them and after 3-4 weeks, I checked on the status of my returned book and they said it was still not received. I used the shipping label that Bookbyte sent me. After several emails back and forth, I was told that I would need to file a claim with the Post Office. It was not a good experience for me, but I am hopeful that I was an exception to the rule.
