Ordered a pack of cards from Turkey - waited til it was supposed to be delivered, they contacted me for the details I have already given when I placed my order. The deliver company (Aramex) is a complete sh*tshow - never answers, they simply sent my order back, it never left the UK. Now my order is cancelled and refunded according to bookdepository's website, but I was never refunded. And Aramex sent another e-mail to me a day ago to clarify my details - for an order they sent back a week ago. Bravo.
