Book arrived damaged, I asked for it to be replaced only to be told
(a) they wanted a photo the damage (b) I had to pay the return postage. Told the truthfully I had no way of sending a photo as I don't have a smart phone or camera. Was told no photo no refund.
Customer service is non-existent. Don't deal with this abysmal Company
