TERRIBLE
They sendn using normal post so the order takes a very long time to arrive. No tracking service so it can get lost and they won't be responsible. After the long wait I received the book with a different cover that the one I ordered. I have complained and they asked me to return it but they are not covering the cost. REALLY BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I am now going to buy the book somewhere else and I have lost 10EUR for shipping the book to them. Also don't know when they will refund the amount paid for the book, it is ridiculous!
