I have ordered a book and understand the delay in deliveries due to the pandemic but at least provide a tracking ID to know my order is sure on the way! Moreover, due to uncertainty, I requested to cancel the order and the team tells me that I cannot. They ask me to keep on checking with local post office if there is any order under my name! WOW! Please improve your system! If you cannot provide tracking number, how are even YOU sure that a customer's parcel is on the right track???? I am extremely upset. I will never order again from here and would definitely ask people to check out other reliable stores. Thank you!
