DON'T USE BOOKING.COM. Scammers. Booked over a week ago, got to the hotel at 11pm with my kids in the middle of the night far far away from home and the hotel had no reservations from booking.com for me. The worst part, they were fully booked. Had to find a 1 star hotel to sleep in. I could hardly sleep, their customer service was terrible 🙄, he told me the EUROPEAN regulations prevents him from helping me further.
