They are a fraudulent Company. They took my money and didn’t book a hotel. I have tried to complain again and again but because they didn’t give me a booking reference I couldn’t get on touch with them - it was Catch 22. It’s now over a month since they took £385 of my money and I still can’t get them to refund me.
Absolutely appalling service.
