I'Ve booked 10 times with this website for the three last month and really not satisfied !!! Most of the hostels were really disgusting, it was a shame. I complained once, sent photographs two or three times. They promised to refund me, they never did. Just said they can open the file with the pictures. I have a company, booked for my customers and had complaints as well.
