Do not book through Booking.com. The host switched me to a completely different property upon arrival, which is a direct violation of Booking.com’s own policies. I was charged in full for a place I never stayed in, and Booking.com has been completely unhelpful in securing a refund. Extremely disappointing experience from both the host and the platform.
