They cancelled my booking a few hours ago for no reason. I held for 45min on the first call , 26min on the second call and 52 min on the 3rd talking to the staff was like talking to a robots NO ONE wanted to help they were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I had paid 100% so waiting to see if i get my refund . Very disappointing
