I booked and then canceled a flight, and was informed that I would receive a certain refund amount, but in reality, I received much less. When I contacted them, they kept asking me to wait week after week without providing any clear explanation. This platform handles issues very poorly. I will never come back here again. I don’t want to lose money unfairly.
