Flight got cancelled by airline been waiting a month for refund. Rang Turkish Airlines today they confirmed refund was issued few weeks back. When I ring customer service in the Philippines they say the same thing we escalated it give 24 hr a manager will call you still waiting for manager to call its been 4 weeks now.
