Does not respond and actual fix a legitimate complaint. They cannot fathom their third party hotel site might be lying. Left hotel when comforter was not replaced since it had dried blood stains.
There was no sea view as promised in Batumi, Georgia and no receipt given (would only take cash).
They have lost a long time customer.
