I have been waiting for my refund for more than 2 months now... Every time i write them email, i get standard answer: We are really sorry for the hassle that has been caused to you. For further assistance, you can always call us back 24/7 on our helpline at 042 111 266 563. Very unprofessional staff. Terrible experience. Not going to use their service in future. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy the tickets from them.
