Such a Bad Customer Service Experience
I booked Daewoo bus tickets from Okara to Lahore through Bookme.pk, but the ticket was wrongly booked from Okara Cantt instead of Okara City.
Just 5 minutes after booking, I contacted their support to explain that this was due to an app error (there’s no proper option for Okara City or Okara Cantt). Instead of resolving the issue, they told me they would cancel and rebook the tickets but I would have to pay an extra 30% tax/charges.
This is extremely disappointing and unfair. Such a bad service from Bookme.pk.
