I booked a trip through Bookmundi rather than direct with the travel operator itself, simply because Bookmundi was offering a modest discount on the price. While this meant dealing with a third party for follow up queries, they were responsive, helpful and fair (for example, when I wanted to add an optional extra activity, they charged exactly the same as the operator despite the extra work this caused them). Very happy to recommend Bookmundi to others based on my experience with them so far.
