All potential customers should especially ask for Maria Hall to manage their tours. Maria handled my tour arrangements very professionally and most importantly with no problems whatsoever. Very responsive and at times instantaneous. 100% focused on customer needs. An example of a shining star employee.

I used Bookmundi site only to search for a tour of Cuba. I found MiCuba out of the Netherlands whose contact Monique took their basic Havana tour and added on more days for us to go to Trinidad and Varadero. She customized the trip with local tours and transportation with new yellow taxis between cities and classic cars when in town. Everything went off without a hitch and Monique kept on top of all my requests.

Don't book unless you plan to only travel 2 to a room! They reserved our reservation and then said they cant accommodate my family. Meanwhile they took to long to respond. Thus costing me my deposit. The customer service was totally useless!

Regarding room capacity, we regret that we couldn't accommodate you and the children in a triple room. As noted on our product page, only twin rooms were available for this tour. Your request to arrange a triple room was an exception, which understandably took longer to process due to its complexity, as previously communicated by the operations team. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and recommend verifying the type of room available before booking to avoid similar situations in the future. Concerning your deposit, we acknowledge that you accepted our cancellation policy at the time of booking, which clearly stated that deposits are non-refundable if cancelled after booking. I love the ease of using Bookmundi! I was not as happy with the response of its representatives. They were not always timely in returning my calls and emails.
