I love the ease of using Bookmundi! I was not as happy with the response of its representatives. They were not always timely in returning my calls and emails.

Excellent logistics and customer service. One important thing for better streamlining of the customer experience: When there are different variants of the same trip with different prices e.g. Beautiful ..., Amazing ..., Blissful ..., it would help to know AT A GLANCE what is the key difference between these. In our experience, trying to figure out these differences was frustrating and we were surprised that there was one lower cost variant that included only 7 nights for a 10 night tour package, which is problematic and could be interpreted as a deceptive marketing tactic. Other than this, overall satisfactory booking experience. Remains to be seen how the actual trip will be organized, but we have high expectations of Bookmundi based on prior experiences.

Great service from Pete, however it should be noted to not book your flights following your confirmation if you request a solo traveller room as this is not confirmed when you book, and confirmation of this came a few days later

My rating would have been 5 stars had it not been for the issue with the accounts department charging 2 credit cards for the final payment rather than than the one that I requested. Throughout the whole process, Peter was fantastic ....very prompt and courteous with his responses and excellent customer service. Could not ask for a more helpful person! Thankfully the issue was resolved and the appropriate credit applied to the second card. I trust that the IT department has fixed the problem! 5 stars next time for sure!!

I was not able to split by booking down payment between two couples so I had tp oay the entire deposit myself. There must be a way to do this in our final payment?

I had to cancel my Bookmundi Tunisia tour halfway through, very disappointing. I have been promised a partial refund. The tour guide was very unprofessional and far too touchy, extremely disrespectful. The resorts used were not the promised 4 star level by anyone's imagination, either. The food made me I’ll. The Djerba Aqua Resort handyman broke my suitcase and no one reimbursed me for the damage, even though the manager said he wanted to make it right. No one takes any accountability in Tunisia when it comes to tours like this, so avoid the Djerba Aqua Resort..

Good service before, during and after reservation: descriction tour is very exhaustive and detsiled; once I have decide tour fitting with my wishes, reservation was intuitive and easy to apply. After reservation customer care staff was very helpul in clarify same points. I reccommended it

Their customer service was amazing. They kept me updated at every possible moment, notified me of changes and were able to offer me many options when the one I had selected was cancelled. They went above and beyond to help. Given that my refund was over the long weekend, they were prompt in notifying me of the communication going on in the background.
