Kindly allow me to explain what has happened here. As per your review, I have checked with our technical team as well as the tour operator to confirm if there were any promotions applied to this booking before you booked the tour and both of them have informed me that this tour is not applicable for any discounts.
Furthermore, to clear the misunderstanding, I have further investigated regarding the discount offered on the tour you had booked with our tech team and they have informed us that the price of the tour has not changed in the past week. I have sent you the separate email to you regarding this as well.

“Overall it was very easy and quick to book with Bookmundi! I ran into a problem since I'm traveling alone and the trip usually requires two people but the tour group and Bookmundi solved my problem within minutes. Highly recommend!”
“The booking process is good but there is a problem with the dates selection. The dates for the tour to select is different from the preview page (1 day off) but is corrected at payment confirmation.
I followed the preview date and now I need to change the dates.”

Our system did indeed send you a confirmation email (I have checked our email logs). However, in all likelihood the email have landed in your spam folder. To be sure you get the confirmation email, I have sent you a separate email also.
