“I wanted to share my positive experience with Bookmundi regarding my recent 18-day 'Zen and Scenic Japan' tour. The booking process was remarkably easy and hassle-free, which was a huge relief. The customer service team deserves special praise for their patience and polite responses to my many questions, making me feel fully supported. The tour was more affordably priced than similar ones from other companies, and the bonus program was an appreciated addition. “Group hike with Kilisa Tours I joined a group hike with Kilisa Tours as a solo traveler, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Everything about the service was wonderful - from the smooth organization and warm welcome to the professional guides, friendly porters, and excellent food on the mountain. Even though I started alone, I never once felt like it. The team made me feel part of the group right away, and their constant support and smiles gave me confidence all the way to the summit. Climbing Kilimanjaro is challenging, but with Kilisa Tours it felt safe, well cared for, and truly enjoyable. I couldn t recommend them enough to anyone planning this adventure!”

“I would rate 5 Star for this Local Company We had the absolute privilege of booking a safari with Kilisa Tours & Safari, and I can honestly say their service is nothing short of 5-star excellence. From the very first communication to the final day of our trip, the entire experience was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Our guide was incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife and shared insightful knowledge about the animals, landscapes, and cultures. Every game drive was exciting and perfectly paced, and the accommodations selected by Kilisa Tours were comfortable and well-suited to the authentic safari experience. I would recommend this service to anyone as they deliver not only on organization and expertise but also on creating memories that will last a lifetime.”

“It is the second time I use bookmundi. This time it was Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. We travelled from 15 th of may till 31 of may. We spent 2,5 days in Hanoi and then moved to HA LONG for one night cruise. After cruise we returned to Hanoi to flight to Luang Prabang. I want to thank our guide . His nick name is Aiy or Jack Topfish on the fb. He spent with us much more time that he should have. Except planned tours he took us to local villages. We even visited his grand ma. At the departure day he also took us to the airport and did not live us until we passed passport control. From Laos we flight to Siem Reap. After 3 days we moved to Hoi An and after one day we moved to hue and than to Ho Si Min, our final destination. During all our journey everything worked excellent and for this we are very grateful for two Vietnamize girls - Linh Alessia Le and Jenny. If the problem appeared they immediately resolved it.”

“Their website offers lots of options with detailed iterany. Their saving feature helped a lot to narrow down candidates. I just needed a few confirmations of my interpretation. Maria responded to my inquiries and our communication was pretty smooth despite the geographic/time zone difference (me in Florida, USA and bookmund in Europe).”
