“It is the second time I use bookmundi. This time it was Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. We travelled from 15 th of may till 31 of may. We spent 2,5 days in Hanoi and then moved to HA LONG for one night cruise. After cruise we returned to Hanoi to flight to Luang Prabang. I want to thank our guide . His nick name is Aiy or Jack Topfish on the fb. He spent with us much more time that he should have. Except planned tours he took us to local villages. We even visited his grand ma. At the departure day he also took us to the airport and did not live us until we passed passport control. From Laos we flight to Siem Reap. After 3 days we moved to Hoi An and after one day we moved to hue and than to Ho Si Min, our final destination. During all our journey everything worked excellent and for this we are very grateful for two Vietnamize girls - Linh Alessia Le and Jenny. If the problem appeared they immediately resolved it.”

“Their website offers lots of options with detailed iterany. Their saving feature helped a lot to narrow down candidates. I just needed a few confirmations of my interpretation. Maria responded to my inquiries and our communication was pretty smooth despite the geographic/time zone difference (me in Florida, USA and bookmund in Europe).”

“The information given on the tour was well written, detailed and provided great pictures to showcase what the trip will look like. I reached out to their customer service support team, i was extremely grateful and i give them a 5 star rating answering my questions and letting me know additional information that I wanted to know. “We was so happy with this Trip! Lily is an excellent guide, made an interesting tour. We done so much nice tours and all was a so nice. City too in Guilin, boot tour from Guilin to Yangshuo, the night show in Yangshou, the electric scooter trip outside of the city, nice bamboo boat trip, tea picking and tea ceremony, mountain climbing with an unbelievable view!”

“Lily es una gran guía, recorrimos con ella Guiin, Longi (campos se arroz),, Bamboo Boat Aling Yulong river, Yangshuo sus alrededores, conocimos una plantación de té, nos explicaron las diferencias entre el té blanco, verde y negro. Lily conoce lugares secretos, y comimos delicioso gracias a sus recomendaciones.”
