Once arriving in Italy, we discovered that Bookmundi didn't pass on what excursions we signed up for and after a few days of trying to figure it out we discovered that they undercharged us for the excursions and didn't sign us up for a couple more. So instead of being all set like we thought we had to pay an additional 411 Euros. I would stay away from Bookmundi.”
