“Don't book unless you plan to only travel 2 to a room! They reserved our reservation and then said they cant accommodate my family. Meanwhile they took to long to respond. Thus costing me my deposit. The customer service was totally useless!”

Regarding room capacity, we regret that we couldn't accommodate you and the children in a triple room. As noted on our product page, only twin rooms were available for this tour. Your request to arrange a triple room was an exception, which understandably took longer to process due to its complexity, as previously communicated by the operations team. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and recommend verifying the type of room available before booking to avoid similar situations in the future.
Concerning your deposit, we acknowledge that you accepted our cancellation policy at the time of booking, which clearly stated that deposits are non-refundable if cancelled after booking. We appreciate your feedback and will consider ways to enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to necessary policies.

“I have used Bookmundi several times in the past several years for trips. I like their selection of tours. But I don’t like the communication. If you have problems, it’s difficult to get help in timely manner and right away. For example, I have travel credit on Bookmundi from past trips. I received several emails from Ron Smith of Bookmindi urging me to use these credit. When I booked a tour a few days ago, the website wouldn’t let me use these credit. I wrote to their customer service via website asking help to apply these travel credit to the trip I booked, i received a email from customer service Maria Hall. She said that she would apply my credit to my booked trip. Then, today, I received another email from Ron Smith of Customer Service urging me to book a trip and use my travel credit. In the meantime, Maria Hall has not applied these credit to the trip i booked. Do they not talk to each other? So now, I still have not being helped to apply my travel credit to the trip I booked and I am still getting emails to urging me to use my travel credit. Now I need to write to them again for help.
Here is an update since my review above: Bookmundi made very quick resonse since my last review. They made the correction to my account and sent me emails to inform me this correction. They also apologized for the delay in reponse. I am happy with this outcom and appricate their quick actions. I still think there should be a better way to contact them for communcation when needed or in case of urgent issue.”

“Excellent logistics and customer service. One important thing for better streamlining of the customer experience: When there are different variants of the same trip with different prices e.g. Beautiful ..., Amazing ..., Blissful ..., it would help to know AT A GLANCE what is the key difference between these. In our experience, trying to figure out these differences was frustrating and we were surprised that there was one lower cost variant that included only 7 nights for a 10 night tour package, which is problematic and could be interpreted as a deceptive marketing tactic. Other than this, overall satisfactory booking experience. Remains to be seen how the actual trip will be organized, but we have high expectations of Bookmundi based on prior experiences.”

The people of India are very friendly, courteous and humble. Everywhere we went we were treated very kindly, we were welcomed and our tour guide was very accommodating to all are requests. We came away loving India, its people and their food. I am so happy we used BookMundi and that Amazing India Adventure was our tour company that we enjoyed this most wonderful adventure. I would definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.”
