We would like to sincerely apologize if our follow-ups came across as pressuring you for early payment. That was never our intention, and we are truly sorry if it felt that way.
Our sole aim was to:
a) secure the seats for your trip, and
b) secure the additional 15% discount that could only be honored with early payment.
Black Week and the following days are exceptionally busy booking periods, and we were not able to fully guarantee seats on your chosen departure without the earlier payment (unless you preferred to forfeit the discount, as also communicated). Our follow-up efforts were therefore meant as an attempt to ensure you could join the tour at the best possible price — not to pressure you in any way.
That said, we take your feedback very seriously. We will review the communication for your case internally and see how we can improve going forward.

“We booked our tour for Sept 18 thru Sept 28, 2026, right after booking we printed the attached Confirmation and Receipt, this had the WRONG tour dates on it, as you can see it says Sept 17 thru Sept 27, 2026. We were worried all night that we had done something wrong when booking. Then this morning we received Confirmation processed email from Bookmundi with the correct dates. There must be a glitch in your software. Also when filling out booking application it jumped around alot when trying to add dates and adding traveler 2 was hit and miss. Again software issues.”
